Ion Exchange Plant Ion Exchanger Regeneration: Decker Verfahrenstechnik provides all services for industrial process water treatment with reverse osmosis plants, demineralization plants (DI plants), demineralization cartridges (DI cartridges) and industrial wastewater treatment with ion exchange plants, selective ion exchange plants and chemical-physical wastewater treatment plants.
Many of the plant types used are subject to regulatory restrictions. For example, a chemical-physical wastewater treatment plant and its components, such as a selective ion exchange plant, as well as a reverse osmosis plant for concentrate discharge of 10 m³/week or more require an official indirect discharge permit into the municipal wastewater treatment plant. To meet the requirements for subsequent indirect discharge monitoring, the necessary training courses are offered for operators of industrial wastewater treatment plants.
For the external service of ion exchanger regeneration for a demineralization cartridge, ion exchange plant or ion exchange cartridge (also for a selective ion exchange plant), the loaded resins are regenerated or reprocessed as a service at the central regeneration station 92348 Berg. In the special plant, special forms of regeneration or activation are also possible to condition the ion exchanger, e.g., for a specific separation task.
Often, it is not known, or no longer known, how existing plants are designed or how they should be after a modification. For example, there are ambiguities regarding specific chemical or physical plant parameters such as bed volume per hour (BV/h) and their conversion to m³/h or m/h, which are clarified as part of
During the operation of a demineralization plant (DI plant), ion exchange plant, selective ion exchange plant or chemical-physical wastewater treatment plant, regular maintenance is required for proper operation, which can also be provided as a service for third-party manufacturers. For maintenance on AwSV-LAU plants (e.g., chemical storage tanks), Decker Verfahrenstechnik GmbH is a WHG certified specialist company.
Customer-specific plants and modifications to existing plants can be carried out in our own plastics workshop. Here, all plants are pre-assembled, and on-site pre-acceptance is possible.
